1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Anthropic Artificial Intelligence Private Limited (“the Company”, “We”, “Us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform provides tools for building AI Agents, educational courses, and startup incubation services. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Agent Marketplace & Intellectual Property

For Developers (Sellers)

When you list an AI Agent for sale or rent on our Marketplace, you represent that you own the underlying logic and code. You grant Anthropic AI a non-exclusive license to host and demonstrate your agent to potential buyers.

For Buyers (CEOs)

Purchasing an agent provides you with a usage license. Unless explicitly stated in a "Full IP Transfer" agreement, the developer retains the core source code rights while you retain the rights to the outputs generated by the agent for your business.

3. Incubation & Startup Services

Participation in our "Seed-to-Tree" incubation program does not guarantee Venture Capital funding. We provide the mentorship, Startup India registration assistance, and technical infrastructure, but the legal formation of a Private Limited (Pvt Ltd) company remains the responsibility of the student/developer founder.

4. AI Performance & Liability

As AI Agents are based on stochastic models (LLMs), Anthropic AI is not liable for "hallucinations," incorrect data outputs, or autonomous actions taken by agents integrated into your business. You are responsible for monitoring your Agentic Fleet.

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime for rented agents.
• Users are responsible for the ethical use of AI tools.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that engage in the development of "unfriendly AI," malware-integrated agents, or those that violate Startup India ethical guidelines. Upon termination, access to the Marketplace and Incubation dashboard will be revoked immediately.
