1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within first 24 hours of Purchase of the Courses Once the live sessions or recorded content access is initiated, refunds are generally not processed due to the digital nature of the intellectual property.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Registration/Platform fees (usually 5% of the total amount).
Completed certification exam fees.
Directly downloaded proprietary AI workflow templates.

3. How to Apply

To initiate a refund, please email info@anthropicai.ai with your Transaction ID and a brief reason for the cancellation. Our team processes all valid requests within 5-7 business days.

4. Batch Transfers

Instead of a refund, students may opt for a one-time free transfer to the next available batch, subject to seat availability.
